mentally it's been rough day , even though it's been said over and through out our lifes , I always took as a term of encouragement sprinkled with a dash of hope , yet time doesn't heal all, I spent more time numbing , burring hell even been known to randomly leave the reality in my review, even thought the less I think about it ,talk about, avoiding family that I walked out on with explanation ,lied to myself constantly as I ran far awhile chasing the highest highs while experience the lowest low , all because I didn't wanna open up , revisit situations hell I didn't have enough respect for myself to even look up the definition of grief or the 7 stages with that being said , I'm glad to be reconnected with my siblings and their little ones , I understood why they kept bay when I decided to appear back out of thin air like nothing happen and abandoned them when they also needed to heal .. anyways point is I wasted a lot time when I should of just dealt with reality , instead of running muck #happybirthday #mom
